The book/person/thing that inspired me to be a writer is:
My third grade teacher, Mrs. Farwell always encouraged my creativity, whether it was in dramatics, music, art, or creative writing. And my grandparents were my champions.
The hardest thing about writing for a middle grade audience is:
I don’t know if writing for middle grade is more difficult that picture books (of which I have over three dozen). But it does take longer. A puzzle with more pieces you have to figure out where they fit.
